What Lingers
What lingers when a life is cut short unexpectedly? How do the dead process what might have been?
What Lingers is a narrative-driven piece of interactive fiction inspired by the black rocks of Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia. You play as a lighthouse keeper, conversing with the spirits of the dead, understanding the lives they might have lead and providing a guiding light through the fog. Will you guide these spirits on to the next world, or will they choose to linger here a while longer?
Use the mouse to select a dialogue option. It is also possible to navigate options using tab and enter. Press the lighthouse in the upper left to view the menu.
